There is some aid deducted from my bill, but I was expecting other credits. What happened to my Private/Alternative Loan(s)?

Your private/alternative loan (SallieMae, CitiAssist, Access, etc.) must be approved by the lender and certified by Student Financial Aid. Your account will be credited for the amount of the loan after Student Financial Aid receives the funds.
